Liverpool's most talented players ever

Liverpool is a celebrated club all over the world. This isn’t only the case for their legacy - it’s also true due to their heart, the following of the fans, and thanks to the players this club has entertained over the years. Of course, today Liverpool is still going strong, and you can even bet on all of their games with free bets if you wish. To do that, you can get code specific incentives by following the link. But putting this on the back burner, we’d like to take a stroll down memory lane and highlight some of the most talented players this club has ever witnessed.

Truly gifted players

Many players have helped Liverpool towards the success they have enjoyed over the years. But only true legends have touched the hearts of the fans and cemented themselves in the club’s history, forever! Here they are:

Steven Gerrard
Few players embodied what Liverpool FC is all about more than Steven Gerrard. Of course, being from Liverpool, he was always going to be a fan-favorite if he could perform at the level needed.

Fair to say, Gerrard went above and beyond the call of duty during his career at Liverpool, winning the Champions League with the club, and putting in over 700 performances on the pitch. He was an amazing midfielder, a formidable captain, and an incredibly talented individual. Few have managed to strike the ball from midfield quite like Gerrard, but while he is known for those long-distance efforts, he was also a great passer of the ball.

When he retired from the club, that was truly a sad day, although he is in the Hall of Fame!

Mo Salah
When Salah joined Liverpool back in 2017, sure, the fans expected some solid football, but nobody could’ve anticipated the player he would become. Today, he is one of the silkiest players in the league, with an eye for goal that guys like Ronaldo would be proud of. At the time of writing, Salah has hit the back of the net over 100 times for Liverpool, and he has been able to lift the team towards both Champions League and Premier League glory. The beauty here is that Mo Salah is still going and therefore, still evolving as a player, so we can only imagine what else he will go on to achieve.

Robbie Fowler
Fowler is a true legend of the club. And speaking of prolific goalscorers, Fowler hit home a seriously impressive 115+ plus goals in his first four seasons with Liverpool. He has a bit of a warrior on the field, being known as an absolute workhorse as opposed to being a magician with the ball at his feet. This work ethic helped him achieve the fastest ever hat-trick in Premier League history (at the time), where he scored 3 in 2 minutes and 56 seconds against Arsenal. This was back in the 90s, and sadly, the record has since been broken.
Then again, this alone gives you an idea of the caliber of player Fowler was.
