Player profile

Left-winger Kippax made just one appearance for Liverpool after signing for the Reds one week after his contract with his hometown club, Burnley, was cancelled. That one game was at home to Birmingham City in a first division fixture on 12 March 1949. He never signed professional forms for Liverpool but his amateur status allowed him to represent Great Britain in the 1948 Olympics where he featured in three games for the international side that reached the semi-finals.
