    - The game was played at Norwich's second ground the "Nest", Rosary Road. This was built in an old quarry and one end was a cliff face from which supporters stood to watch the games!

    - T.Scott won the toss for the winners’ medals which were presented by the Lord Mayor at the Royal Hotel, Norwich. Gross gate receipts totalled £579 8/9 of which £228 6/5 was donated to the hospital.

    - The goal scored scored by Hodgson was possibly a deflection of Cox.
