Keyrol Figueroa is the son of former Honduran international Maynor Figueroa. Born in Tegucigalpa, he spent his early years in Honduras and the United States, where he was involved in youth football programs including time with FC Dallas. His father’s professional career exposed him to international football environments from a young age, helping develop both his technical skills and tactical understanding.

Figueroa joined Liverpool’s Academy around the age of 16 and quickly adapted to the English youth system. Known for his work ethic and natural finishing ability, he rose through the U18 and U21 squads while impressing coaches with his movement, composure, and finishing instincts. Three days after scoring a hat-trick in a 4-1 win against Everton for the Under-21s, he was on the bench for the first team in their 3-0 defeat against Crystal Palace on 29 October 2025.
