Jack Bearne moved to the Reds from his hometown club Notts County in April 2017 and was a member of the 2019 FA Youth Cup winning side. The exciting forward made his debut when he came on in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup against Aston Villa on 17 December 2019. He was promoted to the Under 23 squad for 2020-21 and made eleven appearances in Premier League 2, scoring three goals.
The following season he got eight goals from 25 Premier League 2 appearances and was loaned to Kidderminster Harriers of National League North for 2022/23. They were promoted via the play offs although Bearne did not start any of the last ten regular season games and came off the bench just once in the three play off games. It was confirmed in June 2023 that he would not be offered a new deal by Liverpool and he joined Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton on a two year contract.
Bearne was a popular player at Cappielow but after a season there he expressed wish to be nearer family in England and the club agreed to a termination of his contract. He signed for ambitious eighth tier side Hednesford Town. He made over fifty appearances in all competitions in 2024/25, scoring the decisive second goal in a 2-0 play off win over Congleton Town in front of 4,701 fans, securing promotion to the Northern Premier League. In July 2025 Bearne joined Oxford City of the National League North.
