Player Profile

Outside-left Griffin only made four appearances for the club. His debut saw a convincing 4-1 home win over Woolwich Arsenal on 15 February 1908 and his fourth and final League appearance almost exactly a year later saw the same scoreline again at home, this time against Leicester City. Griffin played 34 games for Palace in the Southern league's first division, then joined non-league Hartlepools United before returning to League football with Barnsley in the Second Division where he made 69 appearances and scored seven goals.
