Player Profile

Blair was brought over from Manchester United as a youngster. The left-winger featured as a substitute in the 2-0 league cup win at Preston on 27 October 2021. It was a surprising inclusion as Blair still hadn't made his Under-23 debut for the club. He remained with the under 18's for the remainder of the season, scoring ten goals in sixteen appearances and moved up to the under 21's for 2022/23. He scored five goals in sixteen appearances but in 2023/24 a knee injury restricted him to just one start and three substitute appearances in Premier League 2. In August 2024, Blair left for Championship side Portsmouth in a £300,000 deal. It was a frustrating season for him, appearing just twelve times. After scoring his first goal for the club in a 1-1 draw at Sheffield Wednesday on 28th April 2025 he told the press "It's been a rollercoaster season for me but I just need to keep my head down, keep working hard and make sure next season I'm firing on all cylinders."
