Attacking left-back Norris made his debut for Liverpool in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup against Aston Villa on 17 December 2019. The Scouser came on for the last ten minutes and became the fourth-youngest player in the club's history to play his first game for the first team! A regular for England under 19's, Norris signed a long term contract with the Reds in August 2021 and stepped up to the under 23's.
Norris came on as a late substitute against Shrewsbury in the 3rd round of the FA Cup in January 2022 but the following season didn't feature for the first team at all, making nineteen Premier League 2 appearances at left back and in midfield. He was loaned to Tranmere for 2023/24 but faced humiliation when he was subbed just 42 minutes into his debut, a decision that was a factor in the sacking of manager Ian Dawes. Over the course of the season he made twenty appearances in all competitions. Norris remained at Liverpool for the first half of 2024/25, being an unused substitute on four occasions. On 17 February 2025 loan deal was agreed with Shelbourne in the League of Ireland, whose season runs from February until November.
