- Daniel Agger got hit by a ball in the face at close range which left Liverpool effectively with nine men for the last part of the game as Agger was dazed and confused: "I remember most of the things about the Arsenal game until I got the kick in the head – after that it is just a blank. I struggled a bit with the concussion and it is only in the last few days that I have started feeling normal again. I’ve had dizziness, headaches; I felt really strange. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would affect me as much as it did; I just wasn’t myself. I felt like I was wandering around in my own world."
