Former Liverpool F.C. player and 1905-06 league title winner Bobby Robinson and George Patterson, who served Liverpool F.C. for many years in various roles, including manager, are buried in unmarked graves in Anfield Cemetery. A fund has been set-up to ensure that both of these graves are marked.

Having been granted permission by Liverpool City Council to place a headstone on both graves, Sarsfield Memorials will carry out the installation of the headstones. Having liaised with Sarsfield Memorials, the design will be a standard black headstone with the following inscriptions:

Robert Smith Robinson

1st October, 1879 - 10th October, 1950.

League Championship Winner With Liverpool F.C. 1905-06.

---

1887-1955

Assistant Manager 1908-15

Secretary/Caretaker Manager 1915-39

Manager 1928-36

Both headstones will include the LFC Liverbird crest.
